MANUFACTURING WORKSHOP

With constant attention to a job well done and continuous improvement, our workshop is composed of multiple departments for the treatment and handling of steel. Our experienced employees which are certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau is one of the reasons we are a leader in the industry.

EQUIPMENT AND CAPACITY :

• 32 000 SQ FT of manufacturing space
• 200 000 SQ FT of storage and lay down area
• (x2) Steel blasting and paint shop to accommodate parts up to 60FT long
• (x1)  Beamline (punch line) with an oxy-fuel beam coping machine
• (x2) CNC Plasma Cutting table (8’ x 24’) and (5’ x 10’)
• (x6) 5 tons overhead crane
• (x2) 20 tons overhead crane that can work together or separate for a lifting capacity of 40 tons
• (x1) 20T RT Crane 
• (x1) 122T Cable Crane 
• (x25) Semi-automatic welder
• Transport trucks and trailers for delivery services
